摘要: 研究一种精度高、可操作性强的航空零件表面检测系统对提高生产质量有重要的意义。本文基于机器视觉技术提出一种零件表面刮痕检测系统。此系统由软、硬件两部分组成,本文重点对软件部分的算法流程进行研究和探讨,并提出一套切实可行的方案。实验结果表明,该系统实用性强,对提高产品质量具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract: To improve the production quality, it is important to develop a high precision and strong maneuverability aviation parts surface inspection system. This paper presents a novel parts surface scratches detection system based on machine vision, which includes hardware and software components. The algorithm process of the software component is focused on and discussed, and a practical scheme is presented. The experimental results show that the proposed system is of a strong applicability to practical production.
